ABOUT US Located within the 3000 square foot headquarters of Kaizen Athletics, Kaizen Adaptive Training provides an all-Inclusive training facility for individuals with long-term physical or traumatic impairments (visible and invisible) through movement and community. We make fitness training accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of ability. It is an honor to serve our Wounded Warriors, Veterans, First Responders, Law Enforcement Officers and our Adaptive Community. Emily Kramer Throckmorton Emily is the owner and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of Kaizen Athletics. She is also the founder and head adaptive & inclusive trainer of Kaizen Adaptive Training.
